Technique - Collar Band on a Jumper

This technique is courtesy of Andrea Doig from Fruity Knitting (Ep 37).  She used it on her Manzanita Tee jumper by Romy Hill. It is used for a top-down jumper where the neck is cast-on using a Provisional cast-on.

Technique:

1. Pick up the stitches from the Privisional cast-on onto a circular needle
2. Turn your work inside out and knit a stocking stitch band from the wrong side that is twice the height of the finished collar eg 10cm
